Recent Representation

  • The firm has represented a local commercial food distribution business in the negotiation of documents and the closing of a merger/acquisition in a 13 million dollar acquisition by a Publicly  Traded Company.

  • The firm has also represented local health practitioners in the sale of their practices to large national acquisition firms seeking to expand their business base by acquiring local entities.

  • The firm has also handled the negotiation and litigation of buy/sell agreements as well as the negotiation of non-compete agreements and restrictive covenants limiting business
    opportunities subsequent to a sale.

  • The firm has also assisted clients in the transfer of family held business to insure the transfer to the next generation of family business owners to enable the continuity of business operation.

  • The firm has developed and monitored a Self Insurance Retention Program to monitor and control potential risk regarding third party liability claims for a large multi-state national services entity.
