The Firm’s principals currently represent several municipalities, including Towns and Villages on Long Island. Ed Gathman has been a planning board attorney and has represented municipalities both as a planning board attorney and also in land use litigation.
On behalf of municipalities, we provide:

We represent private sector clients before municipal boards on matters including:

- Organization of municipal and private sewer and water districts
- Real estate acquisitions and open space preservation by out right purchases and purchase of development rights.
